My mother tongue is German, I’m also fluent in English. Hi there, I've been consistently self-learning English since 10+ yrs after school. But you don't have to be one if you're a language learner as well. Having someone to practice the language is very cool, but in my experience not very lasting. So I'll cherish my every single chance talking to other people. You could be learning Chinese, needing some helps from a native speaker. Or you could be a fellow Chinese who's preparing for IELTS oral exam. It's all good, don't hesitate to leave a message! Using Chinese is like living in a fortress besieged. That's to say it's hard for both those who want to exit or enter, since it's an ancient (but not necessarily good or efficient), still phono-pictographic language. Learning another language means a lot to me, seeing things from a different perspective every now and then is just so... refreshing!
