Grew up bilingually (Dutch / English) in both the Netherlands and the United States.
I am a professional language teacher with a background in neuroscience and language acquisition, running a tutoring service focussed on helping foreigners master the Dutch language.

I am a woman of 61 years old, a writer and my passions are tango (25 years) and others dances (ballroom, rock, salsa etc).

I am a native Dutch woman, but lived and worked for nine years in New Zealand, so my my English is excellent. I also speak German and can read French.

I would like to practice Mandarin Chinese. I take online lessons twice a week. I'm a beginner focusing on the HSK1 level at the moment (we're about 2/3 into it).
In exchange, we can practice English (I lived in Canada for 10+ years) or Dutch (native speaker).
My interests are culture, art, food, music and news. I have a career in software development so I'm naturally interested in all things software.
