RusoHello, I'm Armando, and I speak Spanish and English fluently. I like to read, play chess, dance, work out, and listen to music. I've been seriously studying German for one year and I've been seriously studying Russian for over two years in the long life pursuit of becoming fluent. I want to learn the language since many of my friends and former coworkers speak it. I live north of Seattle, Washington, USA. I love to travel the world and have visited 11 countries including Ukraine 🇺🇦 and Russia 🇷🇺.
I'm serious about learning Russian and German. I want to practice every day and need a reliable friend to practice even if it's just for 15-30 mins every day. Time difference for me is not a big problem.

I am a retired editor and writer. My mother was born in Berlin, into a Jewish family. She came to England in 1937, but she never taught me to speak German. I have been going to German classes for the last eighteen months, but am struggling with speaking. I'd like to talk every couple of weeks with someone - perhaps near me in age? - who wants to improve their spoken English. I am interested in books, films, politics, singing, walking.

I spent some time travelling through Indonesia some years ago and plan to do some sailing through the Indonesian archipelago in the next 5 to 10 years. I love languages and chatting with people worldwide. Currently I'm living in Spain and I think I'll stay here for quite a while. My level of Spanish is good (I think), so I don't mind either helping you out with it if your level is low or being helped - conversations with people from other cultures are welcome in EVERY LANGUAGE.
Of course, I'm open to an exchange, English-Spanish, but mainly English-German; Swedish. I used to be fluent in German but it is slowly disappearing :(
Aaaaand - I'm learning Swedish on my own, from the scratch, so be patient there.
