Language.Exchange

I'm a book designer, photographer, musician and artist, with a keen interest in etymology and England's Anglo-Saxon and Nordic roots. I have relations in Norway and have been there several times, so I love the country and its people. I would therefore love to be able to speak Norwegian! Unfortunately, I'm not very good at conventional grammar-based language lessons, learning by example and practice rather than written exercises. This is why I'm attracted to this website.

My English spelling, vocabulary and grammar are of an extremely high standard (I have worked as a professional proof reader and editor) but my Norwegian is very basic. Are you patient enough to help a keen beginner?
