Hi! My name is Josée, and I’m from British Columbia, Canada. I’m learning Korean because I’m planning to travel to South Korea in the summer of 2027. I know some basic Korean words and phrases, and I’m practicing regularly, but I’m still a beginner. I would love to improve my speaking and listening skills while learning more about Korean culture and everyday life.

I’m a writer, photographer, and mother of five. I love spending time outdoors, especially hiking, skiing, paddling, gardening, and exploring nature with my family. I also enjoy reading, travelling, listening to music and learning about different cultures. I recently travelled to Sweden for a four-day hiking trip, and I’m always excited to discover new landscapes, foods and traditions.

I’m happy to help you practise English in return. I’m looking for a friendly and patient language-exchange partner who enjoys relaxed conversations and sharing about everyday life and culture.
