I am your fellow Chinese/Taiwanese beginner, looking for an exchange pair who would like to learn Japanese/English.
Now based in a corner of New Taipei, with a good access to the center of Taipei.
I enjoy watching Netflix, karaoke and all sorts of food, debuted as a horrible Mahjong player this Lunar New Year.
