Language.Exchange

I am currently lives in Shanghia, wants to find a English/Japanese speaker to do 1 on 1 language exchange offline.
*Offline is preferred, if we do not have many time difference, online is also acceptable.

For Ensligh: I want to do some business chat, and keep my oral english fluent;
for Janpanese: I want to start from daily communications.

I have been live in shanghai for more than 10 years and konw a lot about this city. We can so the language exchange in a real senario.
