Hello, I’m a native English speaker and I recently moved to Japan. I’ve lived in a few different countries, and I’m now enjoying getting used to daily life here.

I’ve just started learning Japanese, so I’m a complete beginner. I’m looking for a friendly language exchange partner for relaxed conversation and simple practice. I’d be happy to help with English at any level, from beginner to advanced, especially everyday conversation, pronunciation, and natural expressions.

My background is in education/counselling, classical music, and psychology. Outside of work, I enjoy travel, Japanese food, literature, fashion, coffee, cozy cafés, Netflix, and K-pop. I’d love to discover more onsen towns around Japan, and I’m always happy to hear good ramen or café recommendations.

I also speak Greek at a near-native level, so I’d be happy to help with Greek too if you’re interested.

I’m happily married, so I’m only looking for language exchange and friendship. It would be nice to chat online first or meet casually at a café.
