Hello all! My name's Aleksei, I'm 25 and I live in Saint-Petersburg.

I've studied general linguistics at university and now I'm working as a private teacher. I've studied English for many years but I have poor listening skills and little conversation practice, so I want to improve my level. I also want to learn colloquial English.

I'm interested in science, space, different cultures (European and Asian), drawing, music (I like classical music, folk and rock, but not all), books (though I've not read too many of them in my life yet), cities and towns, walking and beautiful places. I can also talk a lot about mythologies and fantasy (I was fond of Tolkien and Silmarillion when I was a teenager), about Ancient Greece and classical lnaguages (I've finished Classical Gymnasium and studied Greeek and Latin for years) and any other languages (I've studied grammar of Italian, Albanian, Basque, Old Church Slavonic, Old Englsh and a bit of Arabic and Sanskrit at university).
