I study geophysics in Japan, tracking the slow dance of tectonic plates beneath our feet. But I also tell stories — of people, places, and the strange poetry of life.

By day, I analyze earthquakes and satellite data.
By night, I edit YouTube videos, write scripts, and explore new languages.
Sometimes I chase sunsets. Sometimes I just chase Wi-Fi.

Fluently? English, Japanese,German, Hindi, Marathi.
Confidently? French.
Curiously? All the rest.
Because for me, languages are doorways — to people, to perspectives, to places I’ve never been.

I am a Japanese - English translator. Have been a translator for more than a decade. But i haven't had an opportunity to work on my Japanese speaking skills and i would like to regularly speak to a native Japanese person on a multitude of subjects.
I was born and brought up in India. I speak Marathi at home, At other times I speak mainly English and sometimes Hindi. My education right from pre-school was in English. I have lived in the US for a little over 10 years.
