I am Robert, currently based in Taipei, Taiwan. I am studying Chinese for almost a couple of years now. Yet, I still struggle to communicate with locals as the sentence structures and the vocabulary (and even the pronunciation) used in formal lesson seems so different from daily Taiwanese Chinese.
